Ending the Search for Enlightenment
Five-Day Guided Meditation Series 1
Enlightenment is widely misunderstood. It is often viewed as some kind of exotic experience or altered state of consciousness we only attain after meditating in a cave for ten years, or once we have become 'spiritual enough' to deserve it. In fact, the search for enlightenment is another way the illusory separate self obscures the happiness that is everyone's true nature.
Understand the false beliefs that trap us in an endless search for liberation.
Experience the deep peace and fulfilment inherent in your essential being.
Dissolve the apparent distinction between your body and the world to reveal your open, unlimited nature.
Daily Themes (Videos)
DAY 1
Closing the apparent gap of separation
Directing our attention to awareness and investigating the nature of what we call 'I', the knower of all experience.
DAY 2
Experiencing our experience differently
Discovering that enlightenment is the light of our own being, which is always shining in all people and things.
DAY 3
Distinguishing the self from its activity
Seeing that happiness or enlightenment is not an experience, but rather the knowing of our self as infinite awareness.
DAY 4
Sinking deeper and deeper into myself
Exploring the three possible ways of knowing the nature of our self and the apparent objects of experience.
DAY 5
Liberating the body from concepts
Seeing through the labels of the mind to experience the body not as an object, but as aware presence itself.
‘Happiness is to align what we want with what is;
unhappiness is the attempt to align what is with what we want.’
